I’m fairly confident the only reason I have a memory is thanks to photos (yikes!). If there isn’t a photo, there’s a good chance I won’t remember it even happened. Enter my excuse for having 18,564 photos on my phone at the moment. The baby years are going by way too fast, and I’m overly paranoid about missing even the tiniest moment. Monthly milestone pictures helped me capture their rapid growth during that magical first year — and I’ve never regretted the effort.
